We’ll start with a free 30-minute discovery call over Zoom, a confidential space where you can share what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re ready to change.
I’ll walk you through how I coach, my approach, what to expect, and how we’ll work together. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and see if it’s the right fit.
My method blends the science of work-life effectiveness with mindfulness and evidence-based coaching strategies. Rooted in the core teachings of Buddhism, my approach supports clarity, purpose, and real-life action.
In our first full session, we’ll clarify your goals and build a personalized action plan. These goals become the foundation for our work—your path forward, powered by intention.
mindfulness meditation guidance & workshops
We’ll start with a discovery call, a chance to talk through why you’re seeking mindfulness meditation support, whether it’s for yourself, a group, or your workplace. I’ll walk you through how I teach, what to expect, and answer your questions so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
For 1:1 clients, I ask for a six-week commitment. This gives us time to build a strong foundation, covering the essentials of mindfulness meditation while creating space for a consistent, sustainable practice. Sessions take place via Zoom and can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
For workshops, we’ll begin with your group’s goals, then shape a format that fits. Sessions are 75 minutes on Zoom, offered as a one-time event or as part of a 4- or 6-week series, and customized to make mindfulness practical, relevant, and lasting.
