As a work+life coach, I create space for women to explore what’s aligned in their work+life, what feels off-center, and what they want next. We begin with deep listening: unpacking work+life challenges, clarifying goals, and mapping a plan that fits your life..

My approach blends evidence-based coaching, mindfulness, and work+life effectiveness strategies to help you gain clarity, build momentum, and move forward—one intentional step at a time. It’s a results-driven process built to spark meaningful growth and lasting change.

the coaching process:

  • Book your free session. Let’s talk. This 30-minute call helps us explore fit and clarify your coaching.

  • Meet 1:1 on Zoom. We’ll meet regularly for focused, personalized sessions around your work+life goals.

  • Pick Your Path. Choose a 6- or 12-week program that fits your goals and capacity.

  • Ground it in insight. Complete an work+life balance assessment to get clarity on where you are and what’s getting in the way,

  • Receive an action plan. Together we’ll develop a practical, personalized roadmap to guide your progress.

  • Support between sessions. Between-session email check-ins offer continued guidance and momentum.

  • Mindfulness as a tool. We’ll integrate simple practices that support your goals.

12 WEEK SESSION

1:1 coaching engagement

Twelve sessions. Three months. Real results.

  • We start with three 90-minute sessions to set your vision and strategy. The remaining sessions (60 minutes each) are built to keep you moving.

  • Before we begin, you'll complete a research-backed work+life wellbeing assessment, so we focus where it counts.

  • Every session is designed to drive clarity, action, and change that sticks.

6 WEEK SESSION

1:1 coaching jump start

Looking for a shorter commitment?

  • This 6-week engagement targets one or two key work+life goals.

  • We’ll create a personalized plan, develop strategies to navigate obstacles, and build progress session by session.

  • It’s a focused, results-driven option for women ready to make meaningful change in a specific area of their work+life experience.
